Port Orange Remodel

This house had hurricane damage from the 2022 storms. Our client decided to remodel both bathrooms and the kitchen in addition to the repairs that were needed.  The house had not been updated since it was built in 1978.

Due to water damage, all of the flooring in the house had to be replaced.  We installed Nuvelle vinyl plank in Canyon.

The kitchen and both bathrooms feature Europa South Beach cabinetry and Calacatta Gold quartz countertops.  We built our client a table that was painted to match the cabinetry and installed a table top in Calacatta Gold quartz.  The master bath medicine cabinet is Marimac Maple square in Naval.

Other features in the kitchen include a custom-built cabinet organizer, pull-out shelves, a lazy Susan and a spice rack in the lower cabinets.

For the master shower walls, guest bath tub surround and kitchen backsplash we installed Matte Carrara tile in white.  The master shower floor tile is a silver white mosaic.  The master closet was rebuilt with an organization system.

The interior was painted in shades of light to medium gray with white trim.
