Initially we remodeled the hall bath in this Ormond Beach residence. We built a custom vanity and installed a vessel sink and new tile on the floor and walls. Over the next few years we did some minor improvements, repairs and replaced some of the windows in the home. In 2017 our clients invited us back to remodel their master suite. We designed and installed a shower with a frame-less glass enclosure, a custom vanity with toe-kick drawers and a beautiful Viateria quartz vanity counter top. Our clients selected a wood plank stamped tile for the floor and the shower walls that coordinates beautifully with the mosaic tile accent. The door into the master bedroom is a barn style door. The bedroom was painted to match the bath and the same flooring was installed.
In 2018 we were asked to come back and remodel the kitchen and replace the flooring throughout the house with the same wood plank stamped tile used in the master suite. The original kitchen was a galley style that included a wall between the kitchen and the front of the house. We removed the wall which opened up the area creating a sense of space. New custom cabinets were installed with a quartz countertop. The back splash is a random striped pattern in shades of silver and gray. The same flooring that was used in the master suite was installed throughout the house and the rear porch which ties everything together.
