Kitchen Remodel

This Ormond Beach kitchen had the original dark brown cabinets with off white Formica countertops and needed more storage and countertop space. We removed a wall and the L shaped breakfast bar to open up the kitchen and added an extra wide pantry with bi-fold doors. The sink was relocated to the new kitchen island to create a better workflow.

Our client selected white oak cabinetry with a dark walnut stain and soft close drawers. The 36” tall upper cabinets with crown molding on top adds storage space and makes the space look larger. The lower cabinets have pull outs and lazy Susan cabinets in the corners along with a silverware insert and a built-in spice rack.
The quartz countertop is by Viatera® and the color is called Soprano, a neutral cream white interwoven with darker shades. For the backsplash, our client selected Pearl Gold linear brushed mosaic tile.

The sink is a Kohler Strive single bowl kitchen sink with easy-to-clean curved corners a sound-absorption system that significantly reduces garbage disposal and dishwashing noise. This sink comes with a bottom sink rack to help prevent scratches and a sink bridge utility shelf with a dishcloth bar.

The flooring is Cottage porcelain wood plank tile by Century, the color is Fassa which blends nicely with the tile flooring in the great room.
