Office Project

We really enjoyed working on this commercial office project.  Our client had a distinct vision for his new office space and asked us for a turnkey solution.  Working with his design in mind, we removed non-load bearing walls to open up the floor plan.  The existing ceiling was very old; the grid was an off-white color with old-fashioned popcorn-ceiling tiles.  We replaced the grid and added upgraded modern tiles.  We replaced the fluorescent lights with high efficiency edge-to-edge LED panel lighting.  For the flooring, our client selected a plank stamped tile in Providence Bianco installed in a random pattern.  The reception area walls are Light French Gray, the conference room is Silver Strand and the office is in Light French Gray with a Blustery Sky accent wall.  Custom roller shades in charcoal gray allow just the right amount of light through while reducing incoming heat and glare.  We installed glass walls with the company logo, added a glass white board in the conference room and had the entire office wired for their computer network.  Our client selected his furniture from on-line providers and we handled the ordering and delivery so our customer would be able to walk in and start working on day one.
