I have had two occasions to work with them remodeling out office to
accommodate an additional physician and his staff. On both occasions, I
found the employees of Sawgrass to be extremely detail oriented and very
thorough. The initial remodel was completed on schedule and with minimum
disruption to the existing office while we continued to see patients on
a daily basis.
We were so pleased with the quality of their work that we decided to
make some additional changes once the initial project was finished. Once
again, Sawgrass came in and made the necessary changes in a very timely
manner, working around our schedule and with no disruption in our daily
routine.
I found the personnel of Sawgrass to be patient and helpful, making
suggestions when necessary and they were certainly willing to do
whatever they could to see that the project was completed to our
satisfaction.
I would not hesitate to call them in the future, should the need arise,
and do not have any reservations in recommending them to potential
clients.

I don’t normally write these types of letters, but we are so pleased
with the new second floor deck you constructed for us, the quality of
workmanship and the attention to details. Your people, without
exception, were first class skilled tradesmen. They not only knew their
job, but took the time to answer my questions, listen to suggested
approaches and implement them, if the suggestions made sense to them.
They didn’t mind explaining to me why they were doing something in a
certain way.
They also cleaned up every night, and were considerate of our pet cats,
watching out for them so they did not inadvertently get let outside to
wander off.
In summary, the experience of dealing with you and your company was
refreshing. So many times, dealing with a contractor is an exercise in
micromanaging them to get a decent job done. Not so, in your case.

is with pleasure that we write to you and let you know how pleased we
are with the work you did for us this past year. It was a necessary
project that we did not want to take on and you made it as pain-free as
possible.
With
John’s daily presence on the job there was always an open line of
communication about what to expect as the work progressed. And at the
end of each day the work areas were always cleaner than when you got
there.
We
now enjoy the sound of the rain at night and not worry that water may be
coming in.

had to clean up a mess, which is what we have experienced with other
construction.
